John Cook Studios creates lamps which are unique. We use our own molds to cast the lamp base, our own dies to stamp and coin the copper leaves. These parts are silver soldered together and the lamp is copper plated. Then our specially formulated patina is applied. The tubing is individually hand bent and the shades are blown by hand without the use of a mold. These methods insure each lamp is unique, even among lamps of the same style. The lotus lamp is a limited edition lamp which is signed, dated and numbered. |
